The beds were comfortable.

I found a constant smell coming from the restroom. The toilet flush was not working properly. I had to ask for it to get fixed twice. The hotel was pet friendly. I heard a dog in a room on our floor barking for more than an hour.

The room was super clean, and the beds were comfy. The team at the reception were lovely and very helpful, they gave US great tips. It helped.

The hotel advertised that charges would be processed at check-in, though my card was charged well before my arrival. This lack of transparency is FRUSTRATING and creates unnecessary confusion. i'm quite disappointed

the location was fantastic. it was easy to access multiple subway lines. the staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. i also liked having netflix on the tv. the bed was very comfortable!!!
