Acceptable but with Issues

restroom smell faulty toilet

The beds were comfortable.

I found a constant smell coming from the restroom. The toilet flush was not working properly. I had to ask for it to get fixed twice. The hotel was pet friendly. I heard a dog in a room on our floor barking for more than an hour.

comfy beds helpful team lack transparency unnecessary confusion

The room was super clean, and the beds were comfy. The team at the reception were lovely and very helpful, they gave US great tips. It helped.

The hotel advertised that charges would be processed at check-in, though my card was charged well before my arrival. This lack of transparency is FRUSTRATING and creates unnecessary confusion. i'm quite disappointed

charming stay in soho

great location friendly staff clean room comfortable bed

the location was fantastic. it was easy to access multiple subway lines. the staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. i also liked having netflix on the tv. the bed was very comfortable!!!

i couldn't control the temperature in my room.

breakfast was very good. there was a nice bonus of free lattes and iced waters in the lobby! the orange slices were a great touch, too. i was charmed by it all.

the room was modern and comfy. the hotel also offered the possibility to securely have luggage stored until the room was ready. this allowed me to venture out and explore the city earlier.
